Celebrating Collaboration and Movie Magic
Earlier this week, Epiphany Space got to host the launch party for Chasing Hayes, a short film about taking a chance on love.
The celebration was a memorable night that drew a crowd and filled the space with excitement. We loved being a part of this film every step of the way, and hope to continue providing space and film locations for artists in Los Angeles.
Director Erin Brown – a fixture at Epiphany Space – talks about the experience of utilizing our coworking and rehearsal areas as she worked to bring Chasing Hayes from script to screen.
Epiphany Space was available to me when Chasing Hayes was just letters on a page…
“We held our auditions here and parents noted how peaceful the environment was when they brought their children to read for the role of young Tyler and young Savannah. We did callbacks and rehearsals, wardrobe fittings, and several other meetings throughout pre-production – all based here at Epiphany Space.
“It was very helpful to get feedback from people working at Epiphany Space as I edited the film. I was even able to give a job to one of Epiphany Space’s former interns, Daniel Warren. Daniel was the main editor on the project.
“It was so fitting that we held the premiere at Epiphany Space because Melissa and Epiphany have been so integral to the entire process of making this story.”

All in all, the evening was a spectacular celebration of the spirit of community at Epiphany Space. We’re honored to partner with our creative professionals and support them in practical ways.
The launch party for Chasing Hayes was a culmination of that team effort, and we look forward to many more celebrations like this in the future.
